“The room was ok. They were actively remodeling rooms so are trying to improve the property. They do put a $100-$150 hold on your card for incidentals, which I was not aware of when booking, they message you the day before your stay. At arrival the office door was locked, had to call and wait for someone to come help you. Same if you need anyone from the office again, you call and they come. The wait for that was not long, I believe he was helping with remodeling and cleaning. The room was pretty...

“Beautiful location”

“Parking was right at the door! Room was very clean. Towels were white, not dingy. Looked to be new towels. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable although the metal frame creaked, (not all rooms have the metal frame bed). Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Im rating good as the bedding isnt warm enough for colder/damper weather without having the noisy heater running. Mattresses comfortable and room was clean and roomy with refrigerator. Carpet looks aged but I'm not in favor of carpet in motel rooms anyway. Overall it was quiet and if I stay again I'll bring a blanket if its chilly weather.”

Da fuori potrebbe sembrare una struttura anonima, ma quando si apre la porta ci si trova di fronte a tanta cura, pulizia, attenzione ai dettagli e gusto. Complimenti per il lavoro svolto ai proprietari. Se dovessimo tornare in zona sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta. Peccato perchè il paese non offre praticamente nulla.”

“The Host was very welcoming and very helpful. She responded to questions very quickly. The Coastal Studio exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable. quiet, close to everything in Brookings, and perfect for our dogs. Will definitely stay again”

“Everything was great, truly. There was however, A LOT of loose hair, 5-6" long and dark ALL OVER the bathroom. At least 10 in the shower stall. A few on the walls of the bathroom and even some stuck to the cabinets as well as the floor. ”
